Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell Florida, is located at
6502 S.W. 102nd Avenue Bushnell, FL 33513.
Greetings volunteers!
As always, we appreciate your sacrifice of time to this wonderful event. Attached, you will find a copy of instructions (scroll to bottom) and a map of the cemetery.
Also, be on the look out for a confirmation email that will be coming your way early next week that will remind you of your section (may want to check your SPAM folder too).
Please be sure to bring a ruler, 4 inch screwdriver and a hammer as you may find it difficult to push the flags into the ground and the tools will make the job much easier.
Our mission is to make sure that all are never forgotten. As you place the flag, please be sure to say the veteran's name out loud and thank them for their service.
This is vital to the roll of a volunteer.
ALTHOUGH WE WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL 9 AM, PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY AS TRAFFIC TENDS TO BACK UP QUICKLY!!
We look forward to seeing you all on May 26th for the placement and June 1st for pickup.
Sincerely,
Mary Jacob
